Launched in celebration of our 40th Anniversary HOD Run, the YMCA Run Club is designed for runners of all levels—whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your pace and performance.
This supportive, social community helps you build strong running habits through fun game-style runs, cross and interval training, breathing and heart rate techniques, and expert tips from instructors. You'll also gain body awareness, posture insight, stretching routines, and access to local running routes and events.
