Run & Yap (Greenpoint) Run Club is a supportive community for women and female-identifying runners of all levels in North Brooklyn. Embracing inclusivity and camaraderie, the club welcomes both experienced runners and beginners to join in a celebration of movement at their Saturday morning runs starting at 9 AM from Banker's Anchor next to McCarren Park. The route covers approximately 2.4-2.5 miles through the neighborhood to Newton Barge Playground along the waterfront in Greenpoint, and then to Bright Side Coffee in Williamsburg. After the run, participants gather for coffee, conversation, and breathtaking waterfront views to kick off the weekend. With a focus on building connections, enjoying the outdoors, and exploring the beautiful neighborhood together, the club fosters a non-competitive and pressure-free environment where everyone is encouraged to join regardless of their pace or experience.
