Rumford Road Runners R3 Racing is a USATF Youth running club dedicated to promoting youth fitness and competitive running in the Rumford community. The club offers a supportive and inclusive environment for young athletes to improve their running skills, set and achieve goals, and foster a love for the sport of running. Through structured training programs, experienced coaching, and participation in local and regional races, Rumford Road Runners R3 Racing aims to instill values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance in its members, helping them develop both as athletes and individuals.
