River Region Runners (R3) is the official Strava group for the Montgomery River Region Runners, also known as R3, affiliated with the Road Runners Club of America in Montgomery, Alabama. A vibrant and diverse group of runners from the River Region area, we host monthly meetings, fun runs, and actively engage in community volunteering at local road races. Our club welcomes members of all levels and backgrounds, fostering a supportive and inclusive running community.
