The Northern Virginia Running Club (NOVA) is a leading running community in the Washington, D.C. area, focused on promoting fitness, competition, and camaraderie among its members. With a diverse and inclusive membership of around 250 runners—from local elites and former collegiate athletes to beginners and masters runners—NOVA welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Training Sessions:
Tuesday Track Workouts: Professionally coached sessions designed to build strength, speed, and endurance. Open to all paces.
Thursday Tempo Runs: Weekly tempo runs that complement track workouts and help improve overall aerobic performance.
