They alternate their routes between the NCR trail and Loch Raven Reservoir, emphasizing a fun-loving and informal atmosphere. After their runs, members enjoy breakfast together, fostering camaraderie among participants. The group meets on Saturdays at 7 a.m. in the summer and 8 a.m. in the fall and winter.
