Lumo Run

Lumo Run is a welcoming running club suitable for runners of all levels, offering unique opportunities to enhance running form, receive expert coaching from Lumo Bodytech professionals, and build connections within the community. Members can participate in virtual runs, engage in forum discussions, and benefit from tips on improving running efficiency. The weekly group runs, commencing from the Lumo Bodytech office in Mountain View every Tuesday at 4 pm, include both running sessions and post-run exercises.
