Wapsi Wiggle - A 5k & Half Marathon

Experience a day of fitness and fun at the Wapsi Wiggle event in Riceville, Iowa on August 2, 2025. Choose between a Timed Training Half Marathon at 6:30 A.M. and a Timed 5K Run/Walk at 8 A.M., both offering stunning views along the WGWL Trail through farmland, woods, and prairie. Compete for age category medals and enjoy a Kids Free 1/2 Mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under at 8:45 A.M. After the races, savor an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast with sausage, free for participants and available for a small fee. Support the Mitchell County Regional Health Center's Riceville Clinic with a portion of the proceeds. Join us for a day of fitness and giving back!
