Lace up your running shoes and experience the beauty of trail running at Trail Crew 2025 in Lewis Center, Delaware! From December 8, 2024, to November 2, 2025, this program welcomes all levels of runners to explore the Rocks and Roots Trail at Alum Creek with weekly workouts on Thursdays at 7 PM and Sundays at 8 AM. Tailored training plans are available for 10K, 30K, and 50K races, preparing participants for events like the Rocks and Roots Winter Series, Firefly Overnight Endurance Challenge, Hoot Half Marathon, and Autumn Squatch.
