Toca 5k Run/walk

Join us for the TOCA 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the scenic Toca Juniors Soccer Complex in Ijamsville, Frederick. This family-friendly event offers a 5K run, a Nature Walk, and a kids caterpillar run. The 5K course, starting at 10 AM, promises a picturesque cross-country route with water stations and cheerful support. Finishers will receive a race day T-shirt, a food voucher, and a medal, followed by a lively after-party with music, games, and delicious food. Top male and female runners in each age group will be awarded, and the event supports the Toca Juniors Football Club and its Smiles Soccer Program.
