Experience the thrill of fitness and community unity at the Thomas J. Frericks 5K on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Dayton, Montgomery. Hosted by the University of Dayton's Department of Health and Sport Science, this annual event offers both in-person and virtual participation, ensuring inclusivity for all. Starting at 10:00 AM in front of the RecPlex on UD's campus during Family Weekend, runners and families are invited to join in the festivities in support of a noble cause. Registration is $30, with early birds registering by September 1 receiving a special commemorative T-shirt. Exciting prizes await overall winners and top finishers in each age division.
