The Derby 50k

Join us for The Derby 50k, a scenic and challenging 31.5-mile ultra run in Ellerbe, NC. Registration closes on Nov 27 or upon reaching full capacity, so secure your spot early. Participants are encouraged to bring dog and/or cat food donations to support the Richmond County Operation Fix. Enjoy a post-race pasta lunch at the Derby Community Building, featuring delicious homemade dishes generously provided by the local community. The course, consisting of three loops with rolling hills, offers a beautiful country setting on asphalt and dirt roads. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers, as well as custom medals for all participants. Please exercise caution during the race as the course is open to traffic. Camping is permitted onsite, and remember to bring a hydration pack to minimize waste. Don't miss this low-key, no-frills event that supports the Derby community.
