The 5th Annual North Canaan Santa's Chase 5k Road Race

Join us for the 5th Annual North Canaan Santa's Chase 5K Road Race on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in the picturesque town of Canaan, Connecticut. This USATF certified, fairly flat 5K course starts at 10:00 AM from the downtown elementary school on Pease Street and follows an out-and-back route along West Main Street to the state line, welcoming runners of all levels. Experience the festive holiday spirit as you run through the scenic Northwest Hills, with race registration, start, finish, and awards ceremonies conveniently held at the elementary school. Awards will be presented at 11:15 AM, and participants can compete for cash prizes in the Canaan race series, which includes the Mother’s Day 5K, Conquer the Valley 5M, and Santa's Chase 5K, based on cumulative times.
