The 16th Annual Durham Academy Turkey Trot

Join us at the 16th Annual Durham Academy Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Upper School campus in Durham for a thrilling community event! This festive occasion offers a competitive 5K race and a delightful Fun Run for the little ones in grades 4 and under. The USA Track & Field-certified 5K welcomes participants of all ages, providing accurate chip timing for instant results. Festivities begin at 9 a.m. with bounce houses, food trucks, and games for all. The 5K race starts at 10 a.m., followed by the Fun Run at 11 a.m. where kids can race to catch the turkey. Stick around until noon for more food truck treats and family fun. Register before November 12th for this not-to-be-missed event filled with fun, fitness, and community spirit!
