Thanksgiving Day Trot N' Gobble

Join the 12th Annual Thanksgiving Day Trot N' Gobble on November 27th, 2025, in Peru, Miami, for an invigorating start to your holiday celebrations. This family-friendly event features a scenic 5K and 10K race along the beautiful Nickel Plate Trail, as well as a walk option for all fitness levels. Registration begins at 6:45 AM at Anytime Fitness, 907 W Main Street, with races starting promptly at 8 AM. Participants who pre-register by November 22nd will receive a long-sleeved shirt, and the first 200 finishers will earn a special participation medal. Early packet pickup is available on November 26th at the Peru Circus Building. By joining this festive run, you not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also support the Peru Circus City Festival’s youth programs.
