Located in beautiful Tarpon Springs, Pinellas, this vibrant event caters to athletes of all levels. The Sprint Triathlon features a quarter-mile swim at Fred Howard Beach, a 10-mile bike ride through the iconic Fred Howard Causeway, and a 5K run back to the finish line. For a different challenge, the Duathlon includes a 5K run, the same bike ride, and another 5K run. Participants can opt for the Aquabike with a swim and bike ride, or take on the Olympic Triathlon with a half-mile swim, a 20-mile bike ride, and a 10K run.
