Superheroes For Seniors 5k/1k Run/walk Event

Join us for the 8th Annual Superheroes for Seniors 5K/1K Run/Walk Event at Lilburn City Park in Gwinnett on September 20, 2025! Put on your superhero cape and support struggling seniors and aged veterans in our community. Choose between the 5K or 1K distance and enjoy a day filled with superhero spirit, including a costume contest, goody bags, and free T-shirt giveaways. The event starts with packet pick-up at 7:00 AM, followed by a Zumba warm-up at 7:50 AM, and the races at 8:00 AM (5K) and 8:30 AM (1K), with a special Veteran Mile at 9:00 AM. Trophies await the top male and female finishers, while medals will be awarded to the top three in each age group. Let's come together for fitness, community, and fun to make a meaningful difference!
