Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the exhilarating Strider Mile on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Greenbrier Christian Academy track in Chesapeake, Virginia! This vibrant one-mile race caters to runners and walkers of all skill levels, featuring competitive divisions and a competitive walking division where walkers must complete the mile for awards. Racing begins at 8:00 AM with heats based on predicted times for an exciting competition. Enjoy camaraderie and stay hydrated at the aid station offering water and drinks. After the race, indulge in delicious pizza and beverages provided for all participants and volunteers. Don't miss the chance to participate in the Distance Medley Relay or let your little ones join the fun with a free 400-meter Tot Trot for kids aged 5 and under!
