Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, for the 3rd Annual Steps Toward a Cure: Michigan event in picturesque Milford, Oakland! Dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Dravet syndrome and related conditions, this vibrant gathering offers an exhilarating 5k run, a kids' fun run, and a family walk, ensuring there's something for everyone. The event, starting at 8:00 AM at Kensington Metropark, North Martindale Picnic Shelter, features check-in, on-site registration, a 5k race at 9:00 AM, a Kids Fun Run at 9:15 AM, and a 1-Mile Family Walk at 10:00 AM. Enjoy a day of fun activities, games, a silent auction, and delicious refreshments, including bagels, coffee, and lunch. All participants receive a special event T-shirt, with 5k finishers earning a participant medal. Children with Dravet syndrome or epilepsy can register for free with a paying adult, fostering community spirit and supporting essential research efforts.
