Spring Dash

Join us for the Spring Dash on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, a cherished tradition since 1982 supporting United Way North Idaho. Choose from a scenic USATF certified 5K, 10K, or half marathon, highlighting the region's beauty. Enjoy personalized race bibs, gender-specific shirts, and custom finisher medals, along with post-race refreshments. With awards, GPS tracking, group discounts, and a youth program, there's something for everyone, including the Tot Trot for kids under 10.
