Sleeping Giant Trail Runs

Experience the ultimate challenge at the Sleeping Giant Trail Runs, known as one of the toughest races in the Northeast. Set in the iconic Sleeping Giant Park in Connecticut, this event offers a diverse range of trails, from smooth carriage roads to technical, rocky singletracks. The 25K loop boasts over 3,000 feet of vertical gain, with the option to push yourself even further with a 50K. With a course tougher than the renowned Macedonia Trail Race, this event attracts a large number of participants each year. Don't miss the chance to earn a specially designed finisher medal and other swag from sponsors, along with awards for the top finishers. The challenging course takes you through a variety of terrains, including a lung-busting rock scramble and a rewarding climb to the Observation Tower. After the race, unwind and celebrate your accomplishment with food, beverages, and cheers from fellow runners. For more information and course maps, visit the event website.
