Christopher Hampton's legacy, a dedicated police officer, inspiring us to raise awareness about mental health issues, especially among first responders. The 5K features a fun-filled day with a Rocky-themed celebration, paying tribute to Chris's love for 80s movies. This event promotes physical activity, community connection, and mental health advocacy for participants of all ages, whether seasoned runners or leisurely strollers. Proceeds support the Barb Smith Suicide Resource & Response Network and other mental health organizations, aiming to break the stigma around mental illness and foster healing conversations.
