Join the Running of the Beers on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, in Palmer, Matanuska-Susitna, for a unique and festive community event that combines fitness, fun, and celebration. Starting at 4:00 PM from Bleeding Heart Brewery, participants can choose to walk, bike, or run this exciting course, all while enjoying the vibrant Colony Christmas atmosphere. Arrive early at 3 PM for check-in and a pre-race beverage in the heated patio beer garden, with registration open until race time. The first 60 registrants will receive exclusive Pink Commemorative Silkies, adding a special touch to the day. After the race, stay to experience the Water Tower Lighting and Parade at 5 PM, followed by a dazzling fireworks display.
