Run Your Mutt 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk/run

Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025, for the Run Your Mutt 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk/Run at Kefauver Park in Madisonville, Monroe! This family-friendly event welcomes both animal lovers and fitness enthusiasts to participate in a scenic 5K run or a one-mile walk/run, with or without your furry companion. Supporting the Monroe County Friends of Animals (MCFA), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless pets, the day kicks off with the 5K race at 9:00 am followed by the 1-mile walk/run at 9:30 am. Enjoy a picturesque path around the lake and compete for top male and female finisher medals, along with event T-shirts and SWAG bags for all participants. Don't forget to grab a special Alumni Bandana for your adopted dog from the Monroe County Animal Shelter. Come for a day of fun, fitness, and furry friends while making a positive impact in the community!
