Join us for the exhilarating Run For The Paws event on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in picturesque Wellington, Sumner! This vibrant 5k and 1-mile run not only offers a thrilling challenge but also supports the animals at the no-kill shelter of Wellington Humane Society. Every step you take helps provide essential care for these deserving pets. The 5k race starts at 7:30 AM, followed by the 1-mile run at 8:30 AM, both commencing at 203 W Hillside. Participants will traverse a scenic course blending road, gravel, and sidewalk paths. Ensure your spot by registering before noon on May 15th to secure a commemorative T-shirt. All participants will receive finisher medals, and top male and female finishers in the 5k will be honored with trophies. Post-race refreshments will keep spirits high, and leashed, vaccinated dogs are welcome to join in the fun.
