Return To The Plains

Join us for the Return to the Plains 5K on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in picturesque Auburn, Lee County, Alabama, where you can enjoy a scenic run through historic plains while supporting a vital cause—mental health awareness and services. This inspiring community event features a 5K race and a 1-mile fun run, with registration priced at $30 and $20 respectively, increasing after February 1. Early registrants who sign up by January 31 will receive a complimentary t-shirt. Packet pickup takes place at Town Creek Park from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with the fun run starting promptly at 8:00 AM and the 5K at 8:30 AM. Proceeds benefit the new Center for Mental Health opening in Fall 2025 in nearby Opelika, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing essential mental health services to the community.
