Join us for the exhilarating Pretzel City 5K on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the charming town of Freeport, Stephenson! Starting at 8:00 AM, this event welcomes participants of all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner aiming for a personal best. The course winds through the scenic Krape Park, offering a mix of flat roads and scenic paths with views of Yellow Creek, the captivating Krape Park waterfall, twin caves, and two picturesque bridges. Post-race, enjoy refreshments and awards at the Gunkle Shelter. All pre-registered entrants will receive a stylish event T-shirt. Certified by USA Track and Field (code IL-12088-JW) and a part of the Rockford Road Runners circuit, the Pretzel City 5K is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate health, community, and fun!
