Plain Endurance Runs
Join the Plain Endurance Runs, a challenging event in the Cascade mountains, unfortunately canceled for 2025 due to the Pomas fire closure. This self-supported race covers approximately 85 miles of trails and 20 miles of forest service roads, boasting stunning scenery and a total elevation gain/loss of around 21,000 feet. Participants must be prepared to carry all necessary supplies, with only one re-supply point available after the first 100K. Proceeds from this non-profit event support local Search and Rescue and military veteran groups. To qualify for the Plain 100 Mile, completion of a TRAIL 100 mile or the Plain 100K is required, while the Plain 100K has no specific qualification but demands a high level of fitness and endurance. Although refunds are not standard, some funds may be retained in case of cancellation. Visit www.plain100.com for more information and get ready to tackle this rugged and rewarding challenge in 2026.
