My Day 5k And 1 Mile Trot
Join us for the My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot on August 30, 2025, in Columbia, Maury County, a vibrant event supporting special needs youth and young adults in honor of William Will Spiess. Starting at 8:00 a.m. with the 5K race and followed by the 1-Mile Trot, participants will unite for a great cause. Funds raised will benefit local non-profits like Kings Daughters School, Maury County Special Olympics, and Best Buddies of Tennessee, making a significant community impact. Don't miss the camaraderie, awards, and positivity at this event. Join us for packet pick-up on August 29th at St. Catherine of Siena Church. We look forward to seeing you there!
