Murray Lender 5k Bagel Run

Join us for the 15th annual Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in the picturesque town of Woodbridge, South Central Connecticut. This USATF Certified 5K race offers a scenic course through charming residential neighborhoods, ideal for runners of all levels. Alongside the main race, participants can enjoy a two-mile Family Fitness Walk or let children take part in the free Kids Costume Race. The event begins with registration at 7:30 AM, followed by the Kids Costume Race at 8:45 AM, and the 5K and Family Walk starting at 9:30 AM. After the race, savor a delicious bagel breakfast and join the lively post-race block party featuring prizes for top finishers, a sidewalk sale by Woodbridge Running Company, and tasty treats from Katz's Deli.
