Moved By The Spirit 5k

Join us for the 11th Annual Moved By The Spirit 5K in Duluth, St. Louis on August 23, 2025! This event is more than just a race – it's a celebration of community spirit and support for the Gnesen and Fredenberg Volunteer Fire Departments. Whether you prefer running, walking, or biking, all ages are welcome to participate in this family-friendly event. Starting at 9:00 AM, with pre-race activities at 8:30 AM and bib and shirt pickup at 8:00 AM, the route offers a mix of gravel and blacktop surfaces for a fun experience. Register early by July 15, 2025, for $30 (adults) and $20 (ages 10-17); kids under 10 can join for free! Don't miss this chance to contribute to a good cause while enjoying a day filled with camaraderie and fitness. Remember to carpool as parking is limited.
