Miles For Music

Join us for an unforgettable day of fun and fitness at the 7th Annual Miles for Music event in Beaufort, Carteret on May 16, 2026. Lace up for a scenic 5K race and a 1-mile fun run/walk through historic downtown Beaufort along Front Street, offering breathtaking waterfront views. By participating, you support the East Carteret High School Marching Mariners, helping fund instruments, equipment, and student financial aid. Register by May 1st for a race t-shirt, and bring along strollers and leashed dogs. With awards for different age categories, this event at John Newton Park from 7:00 am onwards promises a fulfilling day of challenges, fun, and giving back to a worthy cause amidst the stunning Crystal Coast backdrop.
