Mental Health Matters 5k

This inspiring 5K run, hosted by the Active Minds/KyleCares Club, begins at 8:00 AM with gates opening at 7:00 AM, offering a vibrant and supportive atmosphere dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, especially for teens and young adults. More than just a race, this event aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues, promote open conversations, and foster resilience within the community.
