Lifeact's Move For Mental Health 5k Run

Join us at the 3rd Annual Lifeact's Move For Mental Health 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk on September 7, 2025, at the scenic Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cuyahoga. This event is dedicated to raising awareness and preventing teen suicide, one step at a time. The day begins at 7:30 a.m. with registration and packet pick-up, followed by the chip-timed 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m. and the untimed 1 Mile Walk at 8:45 a.m. Be part of the awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m. to celebrate top runners and fundraising teams. Enjoy a day filled with snacks, music by DJ JT, wellness booths, family-friendly activities, and exciting giveaways. All participants will receive a "Move for Mental Health" T-shirt and have the chance to explore the zoo post-race.
