LATR Backyard Ultra

Join the LATR Backyard Ultra, a unique last man standing ultramarathon at Lake Ahquabi State Park in Central Iowa. Run a 4.167 mile loop every hour on the hour through scenic trails, totaling up to 100 miles in 24 hours. Follow the challenging course around Lake Ahquabi, encountering dirt and gravel paths with roots and rocks under the canopy of mature timber. No race cap or end time, with the winner being the last person to complete a lap. Enjoy aid from crew members at the starting corral, and carry a headlamp for overnight hours.
