K5k - A Run For Kendra

Join us for the K5K - A Run for Kendra on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in beautiful Virginia Beach, Virginia! This inspiring event honors the memory of Kendra R. Atherton while supporting college students who have lost a parent to cancer through a scholarship fund. Participants can run or walk 5 kilometers along the scenic Virginia Beach Boardwalk, either in-person or virtually nationwide. With over $140,000 in scholarships already awarded, this event makes a real difference in the lives of those in need. Festivities begin at 9 AM, followed by a post-race celebration at The Shack on 712 Atlantic Ave. Families, friends, and even pets dressed in pink are welcome to join!
