Jackson Day Race

Join us in Arabi, St. Bernard for the 119th Jackson Day Race on January 11th, 2026. As the third oldest race in the country, this historic event commemorates the Battle of New Orleans with a scenic 9K course through the Chalmette Battlefield. Starting and finishing at the Aycock Barn, the race day begins at 7:00 am with packet pickup and registration, followed by the 9K run and walk at 8:00 am.
