Whether you participate in person, running or walking a flat, scenic route through the beautiful East Rock neighborhood, or choose the flexible virtual option to run, walk, or bike a 5K from anywhere, this inclusive event welcomes everyone. Support refugees by creating an individual or team fundraiser to aid IRIS' vital services for immigrants, including housing, healthcare, job placement, and education. With over 3,000 refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants welcomed in 2025 alone, your involvement will make a tangible difference in helping newcomers feel at home. Every registration includes a stylish long-sleeve tech shirt or a black short-sleeve shirt, available while supplies last.
