Halifax Health - Hospice 5k Run And Walk

Join us for the 24th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, in scenic Port Orange, Volusia! This event at 8 AM supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program, benefiting our community for 45 years. Whether you're an experienced runner or a leisurely walker, come for a day of unity, purpose, and community spirit. Register online by October 30th at noon and pick up your packet at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on October 31st or on race day from 6:30 AM. Prizes await the top three male and female finishers and top three in each age group from 0-9 to 80+. Share your race moments using #Hospice5K on social media.
