Great Bay 5k | Race For A Healthy Estuary

Join us for the exciting Great Bay 5K, a beloved tradition in Stratham, Rockingham, from October 1 to October 25, 2025! Celebrating its 27th year, this vibrant event is the finale of the Seacoast Road Race Series, supporting the important work of the Great Bay Stewards. Run or walk along the scenic Great Bay shores on a mostly downhill route, enjoying a fast and fun experience. Take on the Great Bay 55K Challenge to cover the total distance over the event period. Wheelchair racers are welcome, with a special 8:45 a.m. start time. Each participant receives a long-sleeve shirt and bib for complimentary beer or cider at local spots. Register by October 1 to secure your shirt and join us in supporting conservation and community outreach at the Great Bay estuary.
