Join us for the inaugural Fountain Of Life Senior Center Flourish & Thrive 5K/1K on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in scenic Overland Park, Johnson! This vibrant event welcomes participants of all ages to promote health and community while backing the Fountain of Life Senior Center, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in the Kansas City metro area. The chip-timed 5K commences at 8:00 a.m., followed by a family-friendly 1K at 8:45 a.m., offering a non-timed option perfect for all abilities, including wheelchair users and families with strollers. Traverse the picturesque Aspiria campus on a tree-lined course, with easy parking and a grassy area for pre- and post-event meetups. Finishers will earn a medal, and top male and female participants in various age groups stand a chance to win exciting prizes. Be sure to visit the Golden Years Resource Fair at the finish line, featuring valuable services for older adults.
