Flash Fit Fall Youth (family) Running Program

Join the excitement at the Flash Fit Fall Youth Running Program in Arlington from November 4 to December 16, 2025! This six-week program is tailored for kids aged 6 and up, focusing on enhancing aerobic capacity and running endurance with engaging sessions every Tuesday at 5:00 PM at the Washington-Liberty High School Track. Participants will enjoy a mix of track workouts and local neighborhood routes for a dynamic experience. Parents can join in at no extra cost, creating a wonderful family activity. Sessions emphasize proper form and pacing to help young runners improve their skills and bond with peers. Each participant receives a post-run snack and a small finisher's prize, making this program a great opportunity to nurture a love for running and boost endurance in a supportive setting.
