Fire Zone 5k

Experience the excitement of the inaugural Fire Zone 5k in the charming city of Lockport, Will on Sunday, October 5th, 2025. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Forest Preserve Trail, this event starts at 9:30 AM at the Hassert Park parking lot, adjacent to Lockport Township Fire Station Six. Participants will traverse a beautiful 5k route, completing a marked loop before returning to the starting point. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, this event offers a great opportunity to unite for a cause while savoring the outdoors. All registered participants will receive a stylish t-shirt and a finisher medal, with special winners' pins awarded to the top three finishers in each age group. Secure your spot early to enjoy lower prices, as rates will rise closer to race day. Pre-packet pickup is available on Friday, October 3rd, at 19623 Renwick Road in Lockport, IL.
