Join us at the 2025 Dizzy Fifties 50K trail run, celebrating its 21st annual event at Monte Sano State Park. Whether you're a first-time 50K runner or a seasoned ultra athlete, this race offers a challenging yet rewarding course with a total elevation gain of approximately 3000 feet. Starting and finishing at the biker pavilion, the race will consist of 3 loops through picturesque trails, and participants will have access to aid stations with traditional refreshments. Remember to register by 11/01 for preferred shirt sizes and be mindful that this year's race is cupless. Please refrain from using headphones during the race to ensure safety on the single-track trails.
