Dawson Area Turkey Trot

Join us for the 4th annual Dawson Area Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, November 27th, 2025, in the picturesque town of Dawson, Lac Qui Parle. Lace up for either the energetic 5K run or the leisurely 1-mile trot, starting at 8:30 AM outside the Dawson City Building, perfect for a fun outing with loved ones. This year, our event partners with Dawson-Boyd School's dedicated preschool teachers, Miss Steph and Miss Kassi, to support local early childhood programs. Embrace a morning of fitness, community, and giving back as we come together for a memorable day of camaraderie while enriching the lives of our youngest district members.
