CWES - Bighorn Crags
Experience the thrill of the Cascadian Wilderness Endurance Series at CWES - Bighorn Crags where outdoor enthusiasts can partake in a unique multimedia adventure blogging contest. This self-supported/unsupported event caters to trail runners, backpackers, fastpackers, and hikers, challenging participants to conquer a distinct route on foot in one continuous push. With no course markings or aid stations, participants have the freedom to craft their own adventure either solo or with companions, without any time constraints. Following completion, participants are encouraged to share their journey through various creative mediums and submit their times on Ultrasignup. Moreover, a yearly Seattle meetup celebrates participants and unveils new routes while distributing patches, awards, and prizes. The event not only focuses on physical endurance and exploration but also emphasizes capturing and sharing the wilderness's beauty through captivating multimedia content. Join the CWES community to engage with fellow adventurers, seek trail beta, and stay updated on event news. Don't miss this opportunity to support trail maintenance organizations, immerse yourself in the scenic Northwest wilderness, and be part of a growing community of outdoor enthusiasts.
