Join us for the thrilling City of Champions Fire Tactics and 5K event in Brockton, Plymouth on Sunday, April 12, 2026! This unique experience blends fitness with firefighting expertise, starting with a dynamic 5K run/walk at 9 AM from Keating Hall, the esteemed headquarters of Brockton Firefighters Local 144. All ages are invited to participate, with categories for top male and female racers, and a special Firefighter Team Challenge. Post-race, Deputy Chief Nicholas Papa from the New Britain Fire Department will deliver an enlightening talk on "Coordinating Ventilation: Supporting Extinguishment & Survivability," offering valuable insights for aspiring firefighters and enthusiasts. Network over refreshments and pizza, and be one of the first 50 to register for a complimentary event T-shirt. Proceeds will benefit the LND Foundation in honor of Matthew L.
