Chester 4th Of July Fun Run
Join the festive Chester 4th of July Fun Run on Friday, July 4, 2025, in the charming town of Chester, Plumas! This one-mile run/walk along historic Main Street starts at 9 a.m. from the scenic Collins Pine lawn to the Bidwell House, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities. The first 400 registrants will snag a commemorative T-shirt, and post-run refreshments await at the finish line. Stick around for the 4th of July Craft Fair at Chester Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by a lively parade at 11 a.m. on Main Street. With proceeds supporting local recreation and park programs, this event is a celebration of community and a fantastic way to give back, all while making cherished Fourth of July memories. So, don your best red, white, and blue attire or favorite costume, and get set for a day of fun and camaraderie!
