Join us for a thrilling day of fun and fitness at the Casa Superhero Run - 5k & 10k event on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, in Shreveport, Caddo! This vibrant event at Ochsner LSU Health St. Mary kicks off at 8:00 A.M. with exciting 5K and 10K races, a fun run, and walk for all ages. Early bird registration is open for just $25 until September 8th, rising to $30 until September 19th, and $35 on race day. Don't miss out on a guaranteed race t-shirt by signing up early! Top finishers in the 5K and 10K will not only win bragging rights but also a $200 cash prize.
