Cabin Fever 50K

Join us for the Cabin Fever 50K, the original winter ultra in New River Gorge National Park! This 50K point-to-point ultra race offers a challenging yet rewarding experience as you traverse high ridgeline single-track trails, pass by waterfalls, and run alongside the New River under the iconic New River Gorge Bridge. Starting in downtown Fayetteville and finishing at Hawks Nest State Park, this event shares parts of the Rim to River 100 course, making it an ideal training run with a unique winter trail running adventure. The race features 3 fully stocked aid stations and 1 hydration station along the route, with a 10-hour cutoff time for all finishers to earn a custom Cabin Fever 50K finisher medal. Top finishers will also receive awards and prizes. Don't miss the chance to be part of this exciting event that supports Adventure Appalachia, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing outdoor adventure experiences in the New River Gorge region of WV.
